A developer's dream

Hard to believe this is a serious proposal, but the comments are worth reading.

So after years of climate change and “affordable housing” bs heave closed off ocean beach to cars.( approved in 2012. Covid was the excuse) so that you supposedly drown while walking and not while driving they’re going to build a 55-story condo complex to be sold at $1m a piece. I guess if you’re on the top floor you won’t drown right? Supposedly we will be swimming around like fish after this thing is approved and completed. And how many poor low income have been able to afford an apartment in all of these new mixed use buildings that look like Lego building blocks? Zero. 123,000 have moved out of S.F. as of Jan 2023.

This is just a proposal that's unlikely to be approved. Even Rich Hillis is skeptical.
