Enabling graffiti/tagging vandalism
Reclaiming this building as a functional stadium is a Good Thing, but the graffiti/tagging angle only encourages the practitioners of this vandalism in the idea that they are "artists," which enables even more vandalism. Jeffrey Brown: another middle-aged liberal who wants to be with-it.
