Huge Yimby housing project coming on Diviz
Of course the SF Yimbys support Brown, since she supports this project on Divisadero: 184 housing units, only 57 parking spaces for wicked motor vehicles, but 186 bicycle parking spaces, since of course our new neighbors will surely prefer to ride bikes than drive cars.

Problem is so does Dean Preston, Brown's opponent on the ballot this November. He has no problem with the grotesque size of the project, just that the project should have more "affordable" housing.

Divisadero is listed as a PDA(sustainable development area) by ABAG. Same as all new development in the city over the last 5 years. Climate change sustainable development using the lie of "affordable" as an excuse.
This divis project is only one of many more to come.
