Yeah, Rob, how dare you point out facts! That is just plain insensitive.
There's a big difference between intercity transit and driving an hour or more out of your way to get to a job. You enjoy a tinge of ignorance or oblivion to protect your anti -anything-but-cars belief system.
.05% to .06% in 32 years! Riding bikes in the US is more insignificant than even I thought.
