Putting a crazy or sick animal is legal. Probably would have better to take it to animal control for them to “murder” the dog. I wonder if donkey Libs would have still called it “murder”.
Not clear that the dog was beyond redemption. Why not take the dog, which was only 14 months old, to animal control and see if they can put it up for adoption?
