Okay, but you can't really parody people who think what's pictured below is sane behavior:

Yes, and the same approach can be made to riding bikes. How many City Hall officials actually get to work on bikes? Former supes Chris Daly and David Chiu used to do that. But does a single present supervisor? I bet Supervisor Breed doesn't, though she looks like she could use the exercise.
