City Hall doubles down on dumb RCV
Since it's often hard to find even one good candidate to vote for in local elections, providing city voters with ten choices is like an Onion parody of the Ranked Choice Voting system.
I've blogged about this bogus reform dozens of times (click on "Ranked Choice Voting" below).

Actually, Democrat Lyndon Johnson was president when that quote made an impression in 1968. The War in Vietnam, alas, was a bipartisan atrocity.
