A song for bike guys

Thanks to John Murphy, the Bicycle Coalition's 2010 Bicycle Commuter of the Year, for the link to this video.

Is the video supposed to be funny? They just seem like typical SF cyclists to me. ;-)

Yes, the attitude is familiar. Even though the video mocks the bike guys, I bet Murphy still found it exciting. Macho SF bike guys find this kind of mockery better than this kind.

Stereotypes and hyperbole are funny! News at 11.

I'm trying to imagine a video about grumpy old men who spend most of their day blogging about how self-righteous cyclists are, but it doesn't sound as funny... It just sounds kinda sad.

Speaking of stereotypes, none of my recent posts have been about cyclists at all. But it's all about bikes with you, right?

Yea, I guess it's "supposed" to be funny, but it sure seems like a lot of SF cyclists to me. And of course Murphy would find it funny and even thrilling. He's like that.
