Tes Welborn: Activist---and property owner
Several years ago, HANC's Tes Welborn supported UC's original proposal to put 500 housing units on the Extension property, arguing that "housing is the best option" for that property, even though it's been zoned for Public Use for more than 100 years.
Now she's supporting the Market and Octavia Neighborhood Plan with the same uncritical zeal. Could that be because she owns property in the area---126 Laguna---right across the street from the old UC Extension site in the heart of the Market/Octavia Plan area?

Tes Welborn is just another LAND OWNER CUNT. Who conspires to kick people out of Her buildings including one tenant at 128 Laguna that suffered from severe mental illness. She conspired with that persons roommate (an unsavory bitch named Allegra Fortunati) to drive Him even more over the edge ( so She could raise the rent in that Apartment at 128 Laguna.) She also historically caused problems with Her tenants in 126 AND 130 by pitting roommates in those units against eachother, so that they would EITHER ALL MOVE OUT OR She could have one of them left and therefore RAISE THE RENT for the person left in the unit under landowner loopholes. I HAVE 2 WORDS TO DESCRIBE HER. SLEAZY LANDOWNER.
