If they would simply upgrade dams and reservoirs we wouldn’t have a problem. All the rain this year including 80% of the snow hasn’t even melted yet. The state responds by trying to convince you that the drought is caused by climate change only to flip it back trying to convince that all this extra rain and snow is not a blessing but the cause of climate change. So the state of California would rather have you dying of thirst, living without showers and faucets to save you from drowning. Banning plastic straws and gas stoves is the solution the climate change cult has been dying for. Mother Nature has long awaited the banning of such things to bring a balance to the rain. The perfect amount. Not too little and not too much. Why don’t they just invite Yoda and bring balance to the force.
California’s solution was to dump the water and how to dump the melted snow that’s coming.

Yes, dealing with the runoff in wet years is a problem. But the chart shows that agriculture is by far the biggest water user. How wisely is all that water used?
