Not really a crazy theory. During the Arizona forensic audit there running ballots under UV light.
The strictly Republican Arizona "audit" bought the crazy theory because that's who Republicans are. If you're credulous enough to be a Crhistian and vote for Donald Trump, you can literally bring yourself to believe anythibg.
