Removing ID voter requirements does not make it easier. Having a third partyNGO) pick up ballots from drop boxes that same NGO places around cities instead of the state does not make it easier. Having tax payers fund someone’s campaign done not make it easier and the list goes on and on.

As Always expected your full of it.

Okay, let's cut the crap, Anon. This tiresome exchange can only continue if you answer this question: Who is the rightful President of the United States, Donald Trump or Joe Biden?

Here's the DOJ's Fact Sheet on its litigation against Georgia and its voting rights law. The complete text of its complaint against Georgia.

Yes I’m sure real comments with real statements and questions bother you as you grow “tiresome” of coming up with deflections.

It doesn’t matter who I believe may or may not be the rightful president. Not what’s being discussed here now is it? The DOJs complaint that will be thrown out or lost also means nothing. Not what we are discussing now is it?

let’s get back to your post which is the subject at hand. If you need a little help please refer to your post.

Explain how removing security measures that require voter ID and having 3rd parties picking up official ballots Is suppose to make it easier to vote? (According to the democrats). Tax payers funding a broke ass democrats campaign is supposedly a voter right and makes it easier for one to vote?

Talk about "deflection"! By answering the question about who's president, you show how deep you are in the right-wing/Trump information bubble. Not a single court took the Trump/Republican post-election litigation seriously about election fraud. Guliani and the other Trump stooge lawyers couldn't provide any serious evidence of voting fraud in any of the 60 courts that rejected those claims.

Even judges appointed by Trump rejected those suits, just like Republican election officials in Georgia couldn't find any fraud there. And they did two recounts in Georgia that came to the same conclusion.

Reading the DOJ litigation documents shows that showing that state's racist intent with its anti-voting bill is plausible. The most telling evidence: making it illegal for anyone to provide voters waiting in long lines to vote with food and drink.

Why should that be illegal whether those voters were black or white? Because the only voters who have to wait in those long lines are in black majority precincts!

Gee, what a surprise!

Wrong.

Trump and or his lawyers did not bring cases to 60 courts. They only brought 3 cases and they were not thrown out for lack of evidence. I'm sure you have readers that are lawyers. If they are honest they will be able to explain to you why the supreme court did not take the case. And it has absolutely nothing to do with lack of evidence. So stop lying. You want to be seen as a truthful man that knows what hes talking about. However you don't know shit. Ask one of your honest lawyer readers to explain.

Second, Arizona has just completed their forensic audit so far whats come out is that there are 200,000 ballots missing. In other words they don't exist. Their final report will be out in the coming days.13 other states are also and will also be doing the same soon including Georgia. Of course democrats call these things conspiracy but thats only because they have nothing to prove any of it wrong. Obviously these are not things you read about or see on CNN or MSNBC.

"The most telling evidence: making it illegal for anyone to provide voters waiting in long lines to vote with food and drink."

First of all water is already provided by those working at the polling station. Its not illegal to have a drink or food while waiting in line. This is what the law actually says about drinks or food in line it "bans people aside from poll workers from soliciting votes or signatures from voters. The distribution or display of campaign materials is also restricted to 150 feet of the "outer edge" of a polling location or within 25 feet of a person waiting in line to vote. Offering money and gifts – including food or drink – to a voter is prohibited"

So it doesn't say "illegal for anyone" as you untruthfully state. It says Illegal for non poll workers. This is about voting security and integrity not cruelty to animals.

"Why should that be illegal whether those voters were black or white? Because the only voters who have to wait in those long lines are in black majority precincts!"

Wrong again. Everybody waits in the long lines black and white. another Untruthful statement.

DOJ litigation shows nothing and not even an ounce of anything racist. Again it will be thrown out. Democrats just sue to change the rules to help themselves win because they cant win on policy. Just like your girlfriend tracy Abrams. When she lost in the elections she cried racism and the voting system being rigged. When biden won Georgia all of a sudden the voting system there was perfect.

Save your black majority and black neighborhood bullshit. Your no black jesus so stop acting like your some sort of king of anti-racism. Your only interest what lies and what people or strategies can be used to get votes. Nothing else. You dislike if not hate all non whites that like the republican side and preach to much about being anti racist. True anti racism folks wouldnt have to try that hard.

So chump, my take from your response is a couple of untrue statements and a bunch of trash out of your ass. Now get back to the question that you have yet to answer.

Again,

Explain how removing security measures that require voter ID and having 3rd parties picking up official ballots Is suppose to make it easier to vote? (According to the democrats). Tax payers funding a broke ass democrats campaign is supposedly a voter right and makes it easier for one to vote?

Answer the question pork belly.

I linked the DOJ's brief against Georgia's election law, and of course you ignore it and simply provide more bullshit from within the Trump bubble. Where are your links to back up your argument?

Speaking of bullshit, Trump's former Attorney General says that he told the boss that his claims of voter fraud "were all bullshit." Is Barr now part of the conspiracy to steal the election?

There are a lot of news sources about the many failed election fraud suits Trump and his allies filed. Here's one.

Barr called be because they did not have enough at the time. Not enough time to investigate thoroughly. Exact reason why the Supreme Court never wanted to hear the case. Not enough time to settle by a particular date. That being said I’m not sure if there is a civics textbook up your ass but pull it out and read the part about how it’s up to the states to handle the elections. Hence Trump team made all of their arguments with state legislators. That’s why there is an audit in AZ and more state audits coming. For someone who comes off as an educated man I spend a lot of time educating you. I wonder why.

Now that we are done with your failed deflection of moving away from “racist voting” to trump let’s get back to the issue.

That DOJ complaint is a typical democrat move just keep suing. GA followed the law and there’s nothing racist about it. Otherwise there would have been a bigger deal than some dumb democrat lawsuit that will be thrown out of court anyway. It’s only used to make the news as if to say oh my god DOJ filed a complaint. Great liberal headlines.

Let’s start with one example. People working at poll stations pass out water in long lines on Election Day in GA. That part in the new GA states only poll workers can hand out water and not just some chump or chumps walking over to voters handing out waters trying to solicit ate votes.

In the DOJ complaint it states that the water rule was ... “adopted with the purpose of denying or abridging the right to vote on account of race”

My first question about this is are you stupid?

In the DOJ complaint it also states that needing an ID to vote also was..
“adopted with the purpose of denying or abridging the right to vote on account of race.”

Again are you stupid? I believe you are. But then again your smart enough to use anything, any spit, and any misstatement of facts and dishonesty just to make one side look worse than the other. Even if that includes talking out of your ass.

Now the original unanswered question how is any of it racist or makes it harder to vote?

From the DOJ's fact sheet on the litigation, a list of what's in Georgia's voting law:

A provision banning government entities from distributing unsolicited absentee ballot applications.
• The imposition of costly and onerous fines on civic organizations, churches and advocacy groups that distribute follow-up absentee ballot applications.
• The shortening of the deadline to request absentee ballots to 11 days before Election Day.
• The requirement that voters who do not have identification issued by the Georgia Department of Driver Services
photocopy another form of identification in order to request an absentee ballot without allowing for use of the last four digits of a social security number for such applications.
• Significant limitations on counties’ use of absentee ballot drop boxes.
• The prohibition on efforts by churches and civic groups to provide food or water to persons waiting in long lines to vote.
• The prohibition on counting out-of-precinct provisional ballots cast before 5 p.m. on Election Day.

For a complete analysis of the law, see What Georgia’s Voting Law Really Does with direct quotations from the law.

From the discussion on drop boxes:

"For the 2020 election, there were 94 drop boxes across the four counties that make up the core of metropolitan Atlanta: Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb and Gwinnett. The new law limits the same four counties to a total of, at most, 23 drop boxes, based on the latest voter registration data. The number could be lower depending on how many early-voting sites the counties provide.

There won’t just be fewer drop boxes. Instead of 24-hour access outdoors, the boxes must be placed indoors at government buildings and early-voting sites and will thus be unavailable for voters to drop off their ballots during evenings and other nonbusiness hours."

Explain how that doesn't make it harder to vote in Georgia.

Your comments on the Barr story, by the way, only show that you haven't read it.
