The 350 billion to state and local governments are only to the blue states most of it to New York and California to make up for the states loss in tax revenue resulting from remained shit down.
130 billion to help schools reopen is bs as they still have another 100 billion from the last bill that hasn’t been used all of the money being paid to the unions. It doesn’t take billions of dollars to unlock a door with a key.
$1400 payment does not go to everyone. They’ve changed the requirements so it’s gonna be to only a couple of hundred thousand people.
Funds going to small business is only $25 billion mostly grants. Only 7.25 billion is going towards ppp.
Child credit is $1500 depending on income and how you file.
A lot of money going to hospitals because all hospitals are broke and they need more money for protective masks and hand sanitizer which they’ve already had anyway.
26 billion to pay some people’s rent and utilities.
Around 30 billion for healthcare subsidies
37 million so called nutrition basically food delivery for seniors no matter their income or net worth. This program has been running since the beginning last year. Not sure what they call it nationwide as each blue state has its own name for it. Here in the Bay Area it’s called open plates.
Many things I haven’t listed and left many details out as it’s too much to type. The rest of the money goes to federal pensions.

With this dumb package only 8.7% is going to businesses and people that need it. The rest going to unions, pensions, poorly ran blue states with fucked up budgets and other people’s pockets. This does nothing for regular people it only turns the entire country into SF that can’t even find $20 to pay someone to sweep a pile of shit off the streets.
