No need to see her college transcript. Just asking about the three branches of government which I’m sure she still doesn’t know.
If you're so sure she's dumber than Trump, why not give us some evidence? Surely Breitbart, Drudge, or Fox News can provide you with the party line.

I posted her tweet because it made valid points about Trump: he will never release his college transcripts for obvious reasons; and her reference to his crude attempt to invalidate the November election by sabotaging the post office.
