Your point is what exactly? That children should go back to school? You link to a story that quotes some parents that are okay with that, since children don't seem to be be as susceptible as adults to the virus.
Still I suspect a lot of parents are understandably worried about their children going back to school. And what about teachers and administrative staff?
Trump's edict is typically self-interested stupidity and cruelty, since his main concern is getting reelected, which, fortunately, is beginning to seem increasingly unlikely.
