Another politician unable to put country before his political interests. And an old fart, too. He should quit and make room for someone younger. Bad enough that the contemptible Republicans can't do this---they are, after all, a proto-fascist American political party, so we don't expect morality from them, only an endless pursuit of political power---but for a Democrat to say that there's not enough evidence to impeach the utterly corrupt and criminal Donald Trump is despicably unprincipled.

"Where is the evidence or we have none but I’m sure we will find some."

The House of Representatives didn't find it hard to find evidence that President Trump deserves to be impeached and removed from office. See The Trump-Ukraine Impeachment Report.

“ The House of Representatives didn't find it hard to find evidence”

That wasn’t the question. But I guess your not able to tell me what law was broken.

A 300 page opinion written by a group of losers is not evidence nor does it state any laws that were broken is not grounds for impeachment.

What a phone call asking the leader of a foreign country to look into a corrupt energy company in that foreign country is all of a sudden investigating Biden? Yeah ok how? Biden has stated a million times out loud he has nothing to do with that country or the energy company. So if Trump is supposedly investigating Biden are the dems admitting that Biden has been lying and that he really did have something to do with that corrupt energy company? Abusive power right? When dealing with a foreign country no such thing. No abuse of power at home. No one is obligated to give anybody any aid. Iran doesn’t get aid. A deal was pulled right from under them with sanctions slapped on them. The Abusive power doesn’t exist.

Ultimate law enforcement in the country is the executive branch.

You can just trash that “obstruction of congress” stuff. The executive branch does not have to give the legislative branch a damn thing unless ordered by court. Even you should know this one.

Stop talking out of your behind and spreading this crap. Your too intelligent and too old for this shit.

Gee, too bad everyone didn't talk to you before they went to all that trouble. No problem, right? Shaking down a foreign leader to make him help you in next year's election in the US is no big deal, even though we had just gone through two years of an investigation about foreign interference in the 2016 election.

Guess whose interest the trump/Republican bullshit serves? Yes, it all goes back to Russia, which is why Trump's financial records will probably provide the missing links explaining his peculiar relationship with Putin and Russia, just like the goofball theory that the Ukraine interfered in our election, not Russia, because Ukraine wanted Hillary to win!

There was enough evidence before Trump's shakedown phone call to the Ukraine. He committed obstruction of justice on national TV when he told NBC's Lester Holt that he fired Comey because of the Russian investigation. The second part of the Mueller report itemizes how Trump worked to obstruct the Russian investigation. The first part itemizes all the contacts the Trump campaign had with Russia and Russia's media and internet disinformation campaign in favor of Trump.

You don't seem to understand that impeachment doesn't necessarily have to involve a crime. It's a political process. Clinton's blow job in the White House wasn't a crime, but lying about it after he was busted for it was.

That Trump has bullied members of his staff and administration into refusing to testify before Congress and encouraged them to ignore subpoenas is also legally dubious, since it includes witness tampering/intimidation, which is a crime, as is soliciting foreign interference in our elections.

I linked the House impeachment report for you above. To continue your education on these issues, here's a link to the Mueller Report, which already provided more than enough evidence to impeach Trump for obstruction of justice. That's in part two, starting on page 200.

You still can’t tell me what law was broken. You can’t argue my last statement so you try and deflect by tossing in the Mueller report. Which basically states no collusion.

The president of the United States can’t obstruct himself genius. So there is no obstruction of justice. Even your idiot dems know this which is why non of the russia or obstruction crap was put into their fake articles of impeachment.

Only education needed here is educating dems on truth.

You're faking it, Anon. Mueller did find there was both "collusion" by Trump campaign and obstruction of justice by Trump himself after the election. Mueller didn't indict Trump because the DOJ rules don't allow indicting a sitting president. He left that up to Congress which has in fact now indicted the president by impeaching him.

By the way, the Mueller report is heavily redacted because several investigations into our Criminal in Chief are ongoing, particularly into his financial ties to foreign governments and individuals.

Only if you think the president is above the law can you claim that he can't be charged with obstruction of justice.

“Mueller did find there was both "collusion" by Trump campaign”

From the mueller report:

“ did not find that the Trump campaign, or anyone associated with it, conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in these efforts, despite multiple efforts from Russian-affiliated individuals to assist the Trump campaign.”

Your “obstruction of justice” there was none. And that’s not what Mueller said. Mueller’s directives were to investigate was to investigate collusion between the Trump campaign and russia. Regardless Mueller couldn’t investigate a president for obstruction anyway. It’s up to Congress. Mueller was going by the book. For your information congress can’t indict shit. They are not Prosecutors or a court of law. They can investigate and bring forward articles of impeachment. Had any of that crap been true the dem led house would have set articles of impeachment the same day as Muellers testimony. But they had nothing and they knew it. And they know it now with their fake impeachment.

Unlike you and the rest of the cnn and msnbc fans out there I’ve read the Mueller report in its entirety.

Don’t make shit up as you go. Makes you look weak.

Being---and knowing---that you're a bullshitter is the ultimate weakness, Anon. That Mueller didn't find enough evidence to indict any of Trump's people of criminal conspiracy isn't the same as no evidence of collusion, of which there was plenty. The first 100 pages of the Mueller report itemize many contacts between the Trump campaign and the Russkies.

The last 100 pages did in fact show that Trump obstructed justice, which he sometimes did on national TV! The only reason Mueller didn't indict him is the Justice Department's rule---not a law---that a sitting president can't be indicted.

See, for example, Lester Holt's interview with Trump a few days after he sacked James Comey where Trump called the Russia investigation as a reason for the firing.
