SF is falling behind in the woke wars by not banning oil/gas in new construction and gut renovations! Brookline MA just voted for it, but has to be approved by the Sec. of State like all town meeting warrants that pass. I'm going to propose it in my town because it will finally slow overdevelopment while virtue signaling.
PS Sierra Club is behind all of these bans.
