That letter the senator is reading from was sent to them from a group making the accusation that the judge would not be a fair judge if confirmed.
There is no long history of anything as you and everybody else have never heard of this judge in your lives. Of course the entire hearing wouldn't be posted on here as it does not fall in line with the crap.
A vague letter. How many board members voted one way or the other? How many interviewees raised which concerns? How of these lawyers are just sore losers with a grudge or political agenda?
My concern is lacking experience as a trial judge.

His accusers including Slate have made many claims without any substance to back them up. Shoddy, lazy mud slinging.
The American Bar Association's letter on VanDyke shows otherwise.
