For once I agree with President Trump
California has been forced to cancel the massive bullet train project after having spent and wasted many billions of dollars. They owe the Federal Government three and a half billion dollars. Didn't you also think development on Treasure Island was stupid?
Now a $3.50 charge is to come and go is just too tempting to delay very long.

Yes, I've blogged more than 30 times on the stupid plan to overdevelop Treasure Island. The $3.50 proposal to bill residents when they leave the island is a feeble attempt to deal with, wait for it, the gridlock overdeveloping Treasure Island will cause. Maybe they should try a bonus for people leaving the island on a bike.
