It’s only “standard” if you don’t care about aesthetics and neighborhoods. Otherwise its ugly, out of scale, and inappropriate for a single-family community like Noe Valley. This is the exact kind of development that greedy developers are trying to shove down our throats.

Nope. It looks like a standard three-story SF apartment building.
