San Francisco Citizen blows the whistle on our predatory City Hall, which is gearing up to make some money on the unwary music lovers attending the Outside Lands festival this weekend. (The city makes more than $140 million a year on parking meters and parking tickets.)

Why not allow taxis, Uber, and Lyft to drop off people going to the festival on Fulton Street?
