Those Ford bike share 'stands' or 'racks'..(whatever) were installed outside my window at work on Folsom St. and my home on Valencia. Despite watching them 16-18h hours a day, I have yet to see a single person use one!
Heard someone refer to them as: "The New Bilight" lol
