Mirror mirror, which cities are the vainest of all?

Yesterday's annual pillow fight here in SF wasn't one of the criteria for the above ranking, but it should be, since it's evidence of an overweening political vanity that I call the Cute Movement. These folks think they are so adorable they can trash a public space that costs the city thousands of dollars to clean up every year.
