New Streetsblog editor supports high-speed rail boondoggle
SF Streetsblog hired the right guy for the job, since, like others in the bike/anti-car movement, Roger Rudick supports the state's dumb, ruinously expensive high-speed rail project: see this and this. Most of his stuff has appeared on LA Streetsblog.
Typical that when Rudick writes about the high-speed rail project he seems unfamiliar with the critical literature on the project, like here, here, and here.
Later: No money for high-speed rail in the new transportation bill!
