If London police can do it, why can't the SFPD?
Yesterday London police subdued a man with a knife without killing him. Why can't the San Francisco cops do the same? Why are city cops so trigger-happy and cowardly?

Because the Police Commission keeps voting down provide tasers? There like $50 per taser...think about it.
