Public meeting on the Larkspur SMART station plan

A message from Larkspur Fights Back:

Thursday, May 22, 6:30pm – 9:30pm
Hall Middle School gym, 200 Doherty Drive, Larkspur (map)
The Planning Commission will hold the first public hearing to review the Draft Larkspur SMART Station Area Plan EIR.

We want to remind you that the key meeting everyone must attend is this Thursday at 6:30 pm at Hall Middle School. There is parking at Piper Park too. It is the ONLY meeting the city is holding during the public comment period for the EIR. Take this opportunity to voice your concern about a flawed Environmental Impact report that does not call out the traffic, pollution, school, and water concerns. Please bring friends and family! Those who live nearby should walk because we expect the lots to fill up. Better yet, we would love to have you join a few dozen of us meeting at City Hall downtown at 5:45, wearing red, if you like, as our opposition color. We are embarking on a ‘mini March’ through downtown to raise awareness of the meeting and ending at Hall Middle School just a few short blocks away.
