Poll: SF still opposed to Congestion Pricing
The Chronicle headlined public opposition to renaming SFO after Harvey Milk in the new Chamber of Commerce poll. But, more imporantly, it also recorded increased public concern about traffic congestion and how harder it is to park in the city, problems that will be aggravated by the anti-car bicycle projects---removing street parking and traffic lanes---pushed by City Hall and the Bicycle Coalition.
Unmentioned by the Chronicle is continued overwhelming opposition by the people of San Francisco---69% to 26%---to Congestion Pricing, the idea of charging them to drive downtown in their own city.
