Peddling the Big Lie about bikes in SF

Leah Shahum repeats the Big Lie about a so-called surge in cycling in San Francisco, and Scott Shafer buys it like the rest of the city's media. Reporters like to run in packs here in Progressive Land. Shahum even shamelessly cites the stupid "20% by 2020" slogan---even she must know that's preposterous---and of course she was unchallenged by Shafer, who apparently saw his role as that of lobbing softball questions to Shahum.
