VOTE NO ON PROP B
A Presumptuous Parks Bond
STOP THE MISMANAGEMENT OF OUR MONEY
High 20% soft costs are decreasing benefits from the 2008 Park Bonds.
The nonprofit Parks Alliance is funding the Prop B political campaign.
We need a pause to reflect on the future of our parks.
Let’s take a breather with lower taxes.
Let’s slow down rent increases/50% pass-throughs from owners.
Let’s better manage and reopen facilities from the 1992 and 2000 Park Bonds.
Let’s first spend the money from the 2008 Parks Bond---efficiently.
