This from "30 Rock" Season 5, Episode 4, The Ballad of Kenneth Parcell, (air date 26.jan;2012):
Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) and Amy are walking on sidewalk in Manhattan, a bicyclist streaks past them.
Liz yells, "Hey, a bike is a vehicle!"
Amy adds, "You can’t ride a bike on the sidewalk!
In San Francisco apparently you can ride a bike on the sidewalk with impunity, you can use the pedestrian crosswalk as a bicycle race track, you don't need to stop for pedestrians crossing your path.

These two videos were linked from sf.streetsblog, right?
Right!
No, they're from a NY City PR campaign on cycling and safety and are of course downloaded from YouTube.
Here's a link to the NYC "Don't Be a Jerk" campaign of 2010.
SF could use a similar campaign, since we seem to have more jerks per square mile than New York City.
