Obama the Republican!
Is President Obama a fascist, a Democrat[sic] Socialist, or a Communist? Local leftists prefer a fourth choice: he's a Republican!
I find it reassuring that the lefties at Fog City, BeyondChron, and the Bay Guardian dislike President Obama. Their disapproval only shows that he's on the right track. Contrary to the left's hysteria, Obama has an impressive mid-administration scorecard: saving our financial system from a complete collapse, major reform of our medical system, major reform of our financial system, tax cuts for everyone and an extension of unemployment insurance, major weapons treaty with Russia, and a repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell. That spineless, unprincipled, capitalist bastard!

I agree wholeheartedly. Despite the whining of his many critics, Obama has thus far been quite a good and generally effective president. I hope we'll have another six years of him to come.
