Cyclists trash Marin County watershed
Think cyclists often behave badly here in the city? Bad-boy city cyclists have their suburban counterparts over in Marin County, where they race along fire trails in Marin's Mt. Tam watershed, intimidating hikers and people on horseback.
Cyclists are allowed on fire trails, but not on the many "single track" trails in the area. That doesn't stop some cyclists from going where they aren't supposed to go.
They've even been caught hacking out their own trails in sensitive environmental areas of the watershed
